Refund policy

At ShubhSaree, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If for any reason you're not fully happy with your order, our return and refund policy is here to help.

📦 Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required for return/refund claims.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Returns requested without an unboxing video.

  • Customized or altered products.

  • Products missing original packaging, invoice, or tags.

🔁 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at shubhsareesofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention your Order ID, the issue clearly, and attach the unboxing video.

  3. After approval, our team will arrange a pickup.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are offered only for wrong or damaged items received.

  • Products must be unused and returned in original condition.

  • Return shipping charges of ₹150 (both ways) apply for exchanges.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

  • For COD orders, we will request your UPI ID or bank details.

  • Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them or before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

 

Note: Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your mobile monitor settings.
